The covered plaza, devised as a kind of Public Hall to the whole new quarter, generates a flexible space of events that offer the city multiple opportunities to enrich urban life.

Mixed-use project comprising a Shopping Centre and a Public Plaza on the riverfront of the Danube’s new scheme of the Öböl District, in Budapest. The programme includes housing, offices, leisure, retail and shopping centre, achieving a total gross area of 70,000 sq. m, while the total GLA, divided between retail park and shopping centre, is of 31,000 sq. m.
